Does ClaimVision replace Guidewire ClaimCenter or Duck Creek?
No: ClaimVision is an AI layer on a core claims system, an intelligence layer that reads the documents your core system already holds, and the system of record stays where it is.
Carriers don't have a software shortage. They have an intelligence shortage. Your core keeps the record. Your people keep the decision.
- No rip-and-replace
- No data migration
- The judgement stays with your people

What changes and what does not
What stays in your core system vs what the layer adds
Nothing moves out of the systems you already trust. ClaimVision adds the reading on top, and first value comes in weeks instead of a migration year.
| Stays in your core system | What the AI layer adds | |
|---|---|---|
| The claim record | Claim numbers, status, reserves, payments and history. Nothing is migrated. | A one-page view of the whole file, built before anyone opens it. |
| Claim documents | The loss report, adjuster report, estimate, photos and correspondence, stored where they are today. | Every page read together, each finding pointing at the page it came from. |
| The policy | The policy and its endorsements, in policy administration. | Coverage checked against the actual wording, with the clause and the dollar impact. |
| The figures | The estimate from your estimating platform. | Figures reconciled line by line into the settlement. |
| The decision | Your workflow and your authority levels. | A recommendation your adjuster approves, changes or overrides, and a letter drafted from that decision. |
| The record | The system of record for the claim. | Every recommendation and every human override kept, nothing overwritten. |
Your core system
Guidewire ClaimCenter, Duck Creek, Sapiens or in-house: keep it
You do not need to replace Guidewire ClaimCenter. You do not need to replace Duck Creek Claims or Sapiens either, or the claims system your own team built. ClaimVision works from the claim file, not from a particular platform, so the brand of your core system is not the question. How the documents reach ClaimVision is, and we work that out with your team for your environment.
Your core vendor may offer its own AI as well. Guidewire describes AI built into ClaimCenter, Duck Creek has launched an agentic AI platform for underwriting and claims, and Sapiens describes AI across its property and casualty platform (vendor pages checked 4 Oct 2026). ClaimVision's focus is narrower: reading every page of a US property claim file and returning findings with the evidence attached.
How documents reach it
Documents in, findings out
How documents reach ClaimVision is agreed with your team during the pilot, and it starts small. The first step needs nothing but documents: export a set of closed claim files and compare what comes back with what your team decided. A parallel test on incoming claims comes next. Any closer connection to your core system's workflow is scoped with you after that, once the findings have earned it.
We don't publish a logo wall of supported systems, because the honest unit is the document, not the brand: if your stack can produce the claim file, ClaimVision can read it.
FAQ
Questions buyers ask
Does ClaimVision integrate with Guidewire ClaimCenter?
You do not need to replace Guidewire ClaimCenter to use ClaimVision; it stays your system of record. ClaimVision works from the claim documents, so the first step needs nothing more than a set of claim files. Ask us how documents would reach ClaimVision in your environment, and we will answer for your setup rather than with a logo list.
How long does it take to add an AI layer to a core claims system?
Weeks, not quarters, because nothing is migrated and nothing is replaced. The first step is a set of closed claim files, read by ClaimVision and compared with what your team decided. Anything closer to your workflow is scoped after that, at a pace you control.
Do we have to migrate claims data?
No. Your claims data stays in your core system, which remains the system of record. ClaimVision works on copies of the documents it reads and keeps its own record of findings and decisions for audit.
Can we use ClaimVision with Duck Creek, Sapiens or an in-house claims system?
Yes, without replacing any of them. ClaimVision reads the claim file, not a particular platform: if your stack can produce the claim documents, ClaimVision can read them. How the documents get there is agreed with your team.
