What we collect on this website
Demo requests. When you submit the "Book a demo" form, the details you enter (name, role, company, work email, approximate claims volume and your message) are delivered to us through our hosting provider’s form service and sent to the ClaimVision team by email. We use them solely to respond to you, keep them as ordinary business correspondence, and delete them on request.
Ebook downloads. When you ask for an ebook, your first name, work email and company reach the ClaimVision team through the same form service, so we can follow up about it. Nothing else is done with them, and we delete them on request.
Newsletter. If you subscribe to AI Vantage, on its own or by ticking the box on the ebook form, your email (and name and company, if you gave them) goes to our email provider, Acumbamail, which sends you a confirmation email first. You are only subscribed once you confirm, and every edition has a one-click unsubscribe.
One note in your browser. Your browser remembers your analytics choice (accept or decline), and whether you have seen the ebook card on an article, in its own storage, so neither comes back on every page. It is not a cookie, it never leaves your device, and clearing your browser data removes it.
Analytics, only with your consent. If you press “Accept analytics”, we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, to count visits and see which pages and links help: the pages you view, how you arrived (for example from a search engine or a link), approximate location (city level; Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses), device and browser type, and actions such as stepping through the walkthrough, using the value calculator or sending a form (that a form was sent, never what you typed). The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page, which stops Google Analytics and deletes its cookies. Reports keep this data for 14 months. Google signals and advertising features are switched off, and the data is never used for advertising. Google may process it in the United States, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and reliability. These are kept briefly by the host and are not used to profile visitors.
Your rights
Under the GDPR (we're EU-based) and, for California residents, the CCPA, you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Since the only personal data we typically hold is what you sent us through a form or by email, this is usually a one-email conversation: write to info@claimvision.ai. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority (for us, the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate, Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).
