From data to decisions
I've spent two decades in data and technology, helping businesses grow through the power of data and AI. What interests me is what people can do with that information: understand a problem, make a decision, or see something they would otherwise have missed.
Along the way, we saw how much of insurance still runs on manual work and information that quietly gets lost. A claim can contain the answer a professional needs, but finding it means reading across reports, estimates, policies and correspondence.
Why we built ClaimVision
So we built ClaimVision, from the heart of the Netherlands, to do that reading. It turns every page of a claim into structured data before anyone opens the file, and lets people question it with the evidence attached.
The purpose is to give claims professionals a clearer starting point. The numbers should be checkable. The policy language should be there to read. The person making the decision should be able to see where an answer came from.
More time for the human part
We believe AI will give insurance its banking moment: clearer, faster, and easier to understand for everyone.
For a policyholder, a claim is more than a file. It can be the week a tree came through the kitchen. Time saved on reading can become time for a phone call, an explanation or a deadline caught before it expires. That is the change I want ClaimVision to help make possible.
AI won't make us less human. Used well, it can make us the most human we've ever been.
