Every AI vendor's website has the same wall of statistics: 40% faster this, 8x more that, an ROI table with suspiciously round numbers and no footnotes. Claims executives have learned to read those pages the way adjusters read a suspicious estimate, and they're right to. Most of those numbers were born in a pitch deck, not a measurement.
Our site quotes one measured result. ClaimVision did a full day's reconciliation work on a real large-loss claim, done exactly, in under a minute: the kind of claim that takes an experienced professional a full working day to reconcile by hand. We publish it because we can defend every word of it: the claim exists, the work is checkable, and the comparison is one any claims manager can verify against their own Tuesday afternoons.
What a number costs
A published number is a promise with compound interest. The first time a prospect catches a vendor's statistic being softer than it looked (a percentage measured on a cherry-picked pilot, a benchmark against a strawman baseline), every other number on the site devalues with it, and so does every sentence. In a market where the buyer's day job is detecting inflated claims, this happens faster than anywhere else. There is a certain irony in trying to sell claims-scrutiny software with numbers that wouldn't survive claims scrutiny.
Everything else we could quote (leakage recovered, cycle-time returned, complaints avoided) is being measured on real, undecided claims running alongside the human process. Those numbers will appear on this site when they are measurements instead of hopes, with their methodology attached. Not before.
What we offer instead
In the meantime, our value calculator does something we think is more respectful of your intelligence: it asks for your assumptions (claim volume, review hours, leakage rate, what you'd expect to pay us) and shows its arithmetic in the open. Change any input and the conclusion is yours, not ours. It's the only honest ROI page a pre-quantification company can ship, and we've labelled it exactly that way on the page itself.
We also offer the test that actually matters: bring a closed claim to the demo, ideally an ugly one with the supplement and the endorsement fight and the angry call log, and watch ClaimVision read it. You already know the answer; see whether it gets there, and how it shows its work. That's a benchmark you can run in thirty minutes, and it's worth more than any statistic we could print.
This policy costs us something in the short term; invented numbers demo well. But we're selling to people who audit claims for a living. They notice. And the ones who notice are exactly the customers we want.
